Eating 100 fish and chips until I find the best one 🐠🍟 Fifth on the list is the TikTok viral spot @Merchants Fish & Chips all the way in Bewdley! You might recognise them from the internet’s very own Chip Shop Diva who I sadly didn’t get to meet this time around! This place has picked up awards like Fish & Chip Shop of the Year and Best Independent Takeaway, so I had to see what the hype was about. I went all in and ordered both their Cod and Chips and Haddock and Chips and honestly? Both were fantastic value for money and tasted SO good. The fish was perfectly golden, the batter crisp but light, and the inside? Flaky, fresh, and piping hot. Their signature orange chips with curry sauce are a must - soft and fluffy inside, with that nostalgic chippy flavour and a gentle spiced kick from the curry. And let’s not forget their gluten-free options, which make it accessible for more people - big win there.
 If you’re ever in Bewdley, Merchant’s is an absolute gem worth checking out.
