A gofundme page has been created for our Shaktoolik Wolverines 1A high school boys and girls basketball team. They have an opportunity to attend Denver Gold Crown Camp next month. This is a first for our tiny village with a population of 230+/- and hopefully not the last! This will give our children a little insight to how big the outside world is, as majority of them have never left Alaska, and it's not very often they can leave our village due to extremely high costs of traveling, lodging, transportation and meals.
