1. Wash my hair with hot water - I cannot stand being cold 😭 2. Let my hair air dry 9 out of 10 times - I’ve pretty much always just let my hair air dry & when I was working full time and getting in from work and washing my hair in the evening I would go bed with it wet!! My hair was in better condition then than it is now and that’s because I use heat on it a lot more now… letting my hair air dry / sleeping with it wet didn’t effect my hair at all 3. I don’t scalp oil - I used to but I stopped because I’m sure it was causing my scalp to be more dry?! I do use a detoxing serum from @Maria Nila but other than that I don’t use anything else on my scalp before washing 4. Don’t get regular haircuts - I get my hair cut when I feel the ends need it maybe once/twice a year 5. Don’t sleep in a protective hairstyle - Unless I’m doing heatless curls otherwise I wear my hair down or in a bun ontop of my head to bed… I do agree sleeping in protective styles is better for your hair I just can’t stick to it 🫣 #hair #haircare #longhair #healthyhair #hairroutine #growhair #shinyhair #sleekhair #hairtips #HairCareTips
