#CapCut No cooking for 2 weeks in exchange for 6 hours on one Sunday every two weeks. Yea please… Quick & Easy Chicken Alfredo Ingredients: * 4 chicken breasts * 2 tbsp olive oil * Salt & pepper to taste * 3 garlic cloves (minced) * 480ml double cream * 100g grated Parmesan cheese * 225g fettuccine (or any pasta) * 30g butter * Optional: fresh parsley, chopped Method 1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water. Drain and set aside. 2. Pan-fry the chicken in olive oil with salt and pepper until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan. 3. In the same pan, melt butter, add garlic, then pour in double cream and Parmesan. Stir until smooth and thickened slightly. 4. Add the cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat. 5. Serve hot, sprinkled with parsley if using. Meal prep once every two weeks to guarantee the next two weeks of staying on track. You can lose weight, save money, save time. Even get the kids involved. As I’m now in a new relationship with Michelle and her son Edison is now wanting to join in, I find it great for him to do the exciting stuff. Like desserts , and breakfasts - he’s only 6 so we like to keep it simple whilst getting him involved and teaching him good habits which should last a lifetime. Meal prep Sunday for the win xx Test
