🥲their response😭 kids literally take in EVERYTHING happening around them, even when we don’t realize it. And they’re learning what it looks like to be a husband and father by what they see in their home…or what they don’t see, that they’d like to. We always have deep convos when we’re doing crafts or building @LEGO , and one of my favorite parts of motherhood are these moments right here🥹. I’ve been praying for my future daughter-in-laws for almost 10 years now. When we parent these boys, through good days or moments of correction and discipline, we do it with those girls in mind🥹. Yes, our boys are young, but what they witness now in the home, and what we teach them NOW, will set them up to love their wives like Jesus loves. And I can’t wait to witness that day🥲 So grateful I caught this part of our convo on camera. WATCH YOUR MOUTH!! If you aint about to speak blessings, then you need to ZIP IT, sis! I know, i know, i’m yelling at you lol, but seriously.. It’s the reminder we all need. We need to be aware of what’s coming out of our mouth, even if it’s in a “joking” way… because all these “jokes” are sending out curses over ourselves, and it’s just making it easier for the enemy to have a partyyy in our lives😣 So please sis, promise me you’re gunna switch up the way you speak and put these strategies in place?! Get yourself a code word, share it with your family and everyone you speak to regularly, so they KNOW what you’re really trying to say and can act accordingly. Then when you slip up and speak something negative.. do what @TIPHANI MONTGOMERY always teaches us: REBUKE IT RENOUNCE IT REPLACE IT …it’s all mentioned in the video, but let me know if you want me to share more examples in another video.
