I swear by having 2 proteins in my fridge at all times and always having things to flavor my food! Usually it’s my mom’s salsas but this week I made these sauces! Avocado cilantro sauce ( add water if needed) * 1 cup Greek yogurt * 1 bunch cilantro (about 1 cup loosely packed, stems ok) * 1 ripe avocado * 1-2 cloves garlic (depending on how garlicky you want it) * Juice of 1 lemon * 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste) * 1 teaspoon Knorr chicken bouillon powder (or to taste) * 2-3 tablespoons olive oil (for smoothness) Chipotle sauce Ingredients * ½ cup whole milk Greek yogurt * A dash of mayonnaise, I use avocado oil one * 2 chipotle peppers from a can of chipotles in adobo sauce * 1 garlic clove, peeled * 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice * 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil * 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup * Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper( I also did a bit of knorr) #blackstone #easymealprep #blackstonemealprep #easymomrecipes #momcontentcreator #easymeals

Toddler life as a mom is not easy but it's so fulfilling- for me I find if I have goals outside of motherhood it really helps keep me sane and happy. We can't pour from an empty cup.
