No modeling background required. No overthinking. Just presence, confidence, and a little posing energy (which means, yes, you could do this too). And these photos? They speak for themselves. Part 3 is coming soon...who’s next?

I gained 20 lbs last year and hated how I looked in photos. So I did what most people do. Avoided the camera. Hid behind objects. Took the photos instead of being in them. Then I had a realization. This is still me. And avoiding photos wasn’t going to change that. It was just going to erase proof that I existed in this phase of life. So I took the photo. And instead of focusing on what I didn’t love, I started noticing what I did. The way I carry myself. The features that make me feel confident. The way good angles and lighting bring out the best in me. It was a reminder that our bodies will always change. What you do with that change is up to you.
