My 84 and 82 year old Grandparents made the news!!🤯🗞️ Honestly, there isn’t a day that goes by where I don’t feel inspired by my Grandparents to prioritize my health. They have showed me ever since I was little that your health is everything in this life and without it, you have nothing. Day 1 of Making Healthy Recipes and Seeing if My Kids will ACTUALLY EAT THEM… 👀😱 Today is a high protein, low cal Butter Chicken (with lots of healthy ingredients) 👀 Recipe is linked in bio! Firstly, I really wanted to start this series because I feel like you see so many healthy recipes online and you have no idea if they are actually edible…👀 We’re on a genuine mission to get our kids to eat healthier and avoid all the prepackaged and processed bars and snacks that having been making kids all over the world sicker than ever before (and don’t get us wrong, we still give our kids snacks, we’re just really trying to limit them and this is the start of that mission) 🥹 Each day I’ll share the full recipe (just check it out in bio), plus why the recipe is healthy and obviously and most importantly, the kids HONEST reaction so you know it’s a legitimate recipe or not 🤗💪 I really want to make it our mission to get kids (and families) eating healthier so here we go with Day 1!!🙏 Today’s recipe is a much healthier Butter Chicken. It has: 💪 38g of protein per serving (to keep our kids energized and satiated) 🥦 lots of veggies and nutrients (hidden of course so your kids can’t tell) 🚫 no heavy creams or oils (we swapped heavy cream for greek yogurt) 🥄 No ultra processed ingredients or preservatives 😱 ALL FOUR BOYS devoured it Honestly, I wasn’t sure how this recipe would go down but in the end it was DEVOURED!!
