Second dinner is my favorite dinner cause I can get more creative with kids in bed. The topping mix was measured with my heard but included breadcrumbs, Brie, blue cheese, garlic, cubed butter and lots of pepper. Grilled the steaks and carmelized some onion with butter and a tablespoon of brown sugar right at the end.
