Content warning: skin condition | I posted a video about my atopic eczema a while ago, and it truly breaks my heart to see how many people are struggling with their self-confidence because of it, and I really wanted to share this video for those of you who feel alone. For me, it hasn’t usually affected my confidence, except during major flare-ups, especially on my face and around my eyes. It can be really painful, both physically and emotionally. In this video, I’m sharing clips from some of my worst flare-ups… from countless visits to doctors and dermatologists to trying different diets and treatments. Things have gotten better over time, but I still experience flare-ups now and then. It’s something I’ve learned to accept. To anyone going through a tough period right now: I see you.
