‘Just get over it’ - is something hear very often but trust meeeeee I wish it was as simple as that. I have spoken about being anxious but I don’t think I have publicly posted anything like this. I think as years has gone by my anxiety has become a lot more worst. And is turning up in spaces you would never expect it too. Here for example, I was just getting ready for a wedding, hehe. For now I’m just leaving it here, NOT FOR SYMPATHY. But if you have anxiety this is for you, we are not weird, our nervous system just processes differently.
